Fall 2009 Schedule of Rates:

Corn storage:

$.16 minimum from Sep. 15 through January 1, then $.025 per month (prorated daily).

Bean storage:

$.18 minimum from Sep. 15 through Jan 1, then $.03 per month (prorated daily).

Corn from the same farm will be averaged.

Corn Drying per bushel:

15.1 - 16.0%      $.04                     23.1 - 24.0%        .24                    

16.1 - 17.0%        .07                     24.1 - 25.0%        .26

17.1 - 18.0%        .10                     25.1 - 26.0%        .28 

18.1 - 19.0%        .13                      26.1 - 27.0%        .30

20.1 - 21.0%        .18                     28.1 - 29.0%        .34

21.1 - 22.0%        .20                     29.1 - 30.0%        .36

                             Above 30% add $.03 per point

Corn Shrink        1.35% per point

Corn for sale is shrunk to 15.0%.  Corn for storage is shrunk to 14.0%

All beans will be shrunk to 13%.  Beans 15% and under from the same farm will be averaged.  Beans above 15% will go load by load. 

Price Later:  Call for current rate.

Storage Grace Period: Storage minimums will be forgiven if grain delivered through the week is sold or put on price later within 7 days of delivery of the load.

Rollover Charge:  Beginning September 15, 2008 grain in storage carried over from prior crop years may be assessed an additional rollover charge up to $.10 per bushel above any new minimum storage charges in effect at that time.
